Account penalty history! ???

How can I see my account's penalty history? a player banned me for insulting and was making fun of me and he had access to all previous punishment reports how is that possible as he has access and I can't see my own punishments and don't tell me to go to the hacking tab- hacking history because i never used hack i got banned for natural causes (silly stuff) how can i get access to my punishment history?

As far as i know is not possible, only support can see account infraction history and won't made public those info.
Every player can only see his own reports / tickets he send - but in case of reports support don't tell us the investigation result ( as if a reported player was banned or not).

Send a support ticket and ask about.
Personally i believe was bluffing.
And we are not allowed to point on any IGN here on forum.
