Client error

Hello, Crossfire team, why is it that these are zm4s and I keep getting Client errors? I don't understand all of this. But it's already very boring! Why would we kill the boost in zm4? Client error, but why? Can someone solve it?

  AAdd the game print screen to a zip or rar archive
  Login website and send a support ticket - > bug report ,describe the problem and attach the archive with printscreen.
