Kukri Beast Proto gone?

Hello, I had a Kukri Beast proto that I got from login reward that is now gone? What happened? Anyone else got their proto weapons taken away?

The proto weapons are not supposed to be "taken away", it must have been a bug.

I still have the kukri beast proto. I remember while redeeming it I read something along the lines "you have to login at least once per month for 3 months straight to keep the kurki forever" so if u were inactive for a month this might be why it's now gone. either that or it's a bug.

The welcomeback rewards :
1. select the item
2. login everyday for next 7 days
3. play a game at least one time / month for next 3 months

Fail to complete those requirements will remove the selected item from storage.

But send a support ticket and ask about the missing item, they can check and see what is about.
