You're supposed to get the 10 crates in your fifth day, assuming that you started in November 14th, that means you should have received the crates in November 19th, take a second look at your progress; https://crossfire.z8games.com/events.html - if it says "Congratulations! As for the Parkour Master ribbon, no one has received it just yet, it should be delivered within 24 hours after the event is over and it isn't for approximately 12 more hours.
