Resolution issue

After the new update and the renewal that took place in the settings and (Resolution)

 I chose 1920/1080 and 16:9, and I restarted the game and it did not change. I tried several times.

The old settings remain the same as 5:4 aspect ratio and stuff...

 Does anyone know a solution?
