Black log in screen with bgm

Hey everyone, I have upgraded my Windows 8 to Windows 11 while Crossfire used to work on Windows 8, now it doesn't work on Windows 11. I always end up having a black log in screen while I can hear the background music. Any solutions please?

You better send a support ticket and include your hardware configuration.

P.S. Windows 7 x86 ( 32 bit ) is not supported, webpage remain to be updated.
