-20 in Ranked SD

Hello all! i tired get -20 in ranked SD.... GM know about this error?  This was a bug about a month ago and it hasn't been fixed yet. can you give me and other people the exact answer - when will this problem be solved? due to the lack of voice chat in the game, and playing with random players is very hard to win points and   and error is often -20.....   how to play ? how to up rangs ?
