EU Alpha server lag

Anyone else experiencing lags on EU Alpha servers up to Ping 130? Not just in game, but also in lobby, in item shop etc, it's very laggy at times and it's been going on for days now.
My connection is very fluid - Download 85Mbps / Upload 75Mbps. Also my PC is definitely not an issue - Ryzen 9 3900x processor, AMD RX 5700XT Graph card etc..
Just wanna do some normal gaming with no lags, please advise if there is a way to fix it, or it's just a global server issue.

Last time I checked mine there was 2 ping numbers which one is the correct one? One was 420ms and the other one was around 100-200ms. Thanks

Today I noticed I have a constant 270 ping in EU servers when I usually have 110-120 ping.. Other people from USA are having the same problem...
