Please fix your disgusting mode ranking system

It is already deplorable to play ranked mode, I have lost about 200 pts in an hour of play, since the server is constantly disconnected and it marks an error and takes 30 to 35 pts out of my rank, do something please with that disgusting server, Another thing I even reached Mytico rank (in blue) and I never officially received the degree, they only put me in another type of competition where I could not advance and they ended up demoting me to Legend rank four level, this is really disgusting.
