Unable to redeem codes from any crossword event

Every time I try to redeem the codes from any crossword events, I keep getting this error.

i have the same issue. the first word worked for me but when i tried to enter others it didnt. then i thought i have to put them in order but it still wont work. it tells me "The inserted code has reached its limit." wich is weird.

Each redeem code can be used for a limited amount of times, after the code reach max limit (as other players already use same code ) you get the answer : "The inserted code has reached its limit." OR if you use a code after the evend end you get : " this code has expired ".
