Z8Games can't really do much concerning the skins as this is a clone/port of the Korean/Chinese version of the game. Since its based off of another version of the game they are likely bound by contracts that force them to release certain weapons and other patch content

Why do you say it's wrong if you don't even know what a publisher is? You have not the slightest idea how the development of this game works, and what the publisher is allowed to do or what it isn't, and you just claim they're lazy? Go develop your own game and publish it then.
