functional characters perks

hi
can someone explain what different char perks do? like nano rage, mutant penetration ,predators eye and what is liana special action raised fist ?

The character info tells what these do. Open it and read the info about these skills.

Any "perks" that are purple are emotes. Raised fist is an emote and nothing functional.
