E-mail verification not working

Your e-mail verification system which advertises the USP-Piggybank simply doesn't work. FOr weeks I try now to receive the mail, it does not come. SUpport cannot help me either. Please fix the system or if this is the case, unblock the web.de provider.

    can't even change the account mail, because i also do not recieve the confirmation mail on that on the web.de mail address

  • Check also spam folder and if are any email restrictions set, else is possible your email provider to block incoming emails from z8games domain ( same case as yahoo ), then only remaining option is to send a support ticket -> account administration -> select change email.

    Provide required info and follow support instructions.

    If you can't provide enough correct info then is not possible to change the email.

    You cannot do anything. Only way is changing the mail to a gmail or so via the support.

    web.de only blocks verification mails from z8games, they contain something the provider dislikes.
