2 step verification
2 weeks ago I added 2 step verification, everything is great but bad luck wanted that after a week my phone stopped working, it only helped with a hard reset, so I lost all the verification codes from different sites, I restored all codes using the security code that you get when adding 2SV, of course z8games I do not give such codes ... I wrote to the support with a request to disable 2SV, unfortunately I set up an account almost 11 years ago and I do not remember most of the account details except for the first email and nicknames I had for the first one, of course I remember the date of birth but I am not sure if I gave the correct one. I gave the ID of over 40 transactions for the amount of $ 1200 but for support it is not a proof that I am the owner. I have access to the first email on which the account was created and to the new gmail which also has 2SV and I was able to restore it via the phone number. My question is whether there is any possibility to disable this 2SV, z8games should have logs from logging on to the website and the date of establishing 2SV, you can check the ip, because I use one computer and phone. I can still play on my account because you do not need 2SV to play, but I will not log in to the site, I lost hope of regaining the ability to log in to the site. The plus of this situation is that I will not lose any more money on this game.
I do not recommend you to add 2SV on z8games, if you need to secure your account, do this verification only on gmail because there you can restore access by phone or security codes at any time. I know that the answer from the administration will be like "you need to have enough information about the account to get it back" but as the kid I was when I created the account I didn't think that I would spend 11 years here and I would need them. I sadly have a similar problemi do not recieve the verification e-mail allthough i have access to my account and to the mail address. Support isn't helping me. I do not remember that mail 11 years ago and i am not sure, if we really recieved that one.
