(Modem Problem) failed to connect to host server. How do i solve ?

hi, i searched for the problem but couldn't find it anywhere. I can't enter any game in CrossFire. I can only access my mobile internet. Setting windows defender inbound rules didn't work. I did the port setting on my modem, it still didn't work. please help. Modem: TP-Link Archer c5v
