Crash games

Hello. I am writing with a great request for help because the problem is still there even after I uninstalled and downloaded it 3 times. In game I dont see full body of character then I try with the warm-up room and it happens the same. I only see their head helmet and weapon. From neck to feet can not seen. I really want to play games help me quick so that I could play in event 13years. Thank
