i forget my user id

I forgot my other account but I remember my password.
When I log in, I can forget the password and I can re-mail the mailbox to get a password. But my account doesn't know what the name is.
PLS HELP ME.

    When you registered an email was sent to you with account informations such as email, ID, etc. We do not give account information if you ask, you will need to send a ticket with as much correct information you remember to be able to continue the process. Do not post share account information here or anywhere else, if it's account related the main area will be in our ticket section via support.
