no, too late. once the week for that part over you can't get that part, which is the case for part 1,2,3.

I do appreciate that the weapons have been getting more interesting each year. This one actually has VIP perks, aside from upgradeable Exp/GP and the special ticket perk. Though, I'm still against RNG deciding whether you can complete the event. Between all four weeks, I got 8 pieces in 530 spins so that's an average of 1.5% to get a piece. Pretty bad. There needs to be some kind of ceiling system so you don't waste a dozen hours grinding for nothing. Pure RNG events should not exist.
