Crash game.

Hello. I am writing with a great request for help because the problem does not want to disappear despite my efforts, the point is that the game is loading (I mean joining a server, e.g. zombi mood), the game loads nicely when it suddenly stops at 85% and crashes the game and me it crashes to the desktop, I tried everything that only I could but it did not help, please help quickly because I want to play this game.
