There is no guarantee win , no matter how much ZP you spend, for example you can get a permanent items from 5-10 tickets or not at all, ZM tickets work basically same way as crates.

200 times at once is magic number.

i spent 700k in axe collection crate just to win 1 ares axe when others spent 20$ and won 3/4.

Buy at least 30 tickets at once, enter any of the old ZM maps and kill as many zombies at once as possible, that's what I did, got JTF and Both White Wolf's with all the perm guns those tickets give, didn't care for any others. Was pretty easy and fast. Didn't spend anywhere near the amount you are saying you did, you must have bought one ticket at a time or something. Idk but seems like some BS to me.
