I've forgot my old email and now i cant submit a ticket or change my mail

You can send a support ticket if you have correct login ID + password , just go on support website :
https://support.z8games.com/us/
send a support ticket -> change email ( if you are login on the account in question )
Else, create a new account, go on support and send a Recovery account ticket
Complete all other required information you know 100% are correct, on required fields where you don't have the correct information write N/A

BUT if are not enough correct information THEN is impossible to change registered email.Gamer since 1997
