Hey, guys
I do have a serious problem I created my account more that 7 years ago and I was on and off the game, but recently I have not opened the game for more than 3 years and I want to get back now but I totally forgot the email address I used to create this account I only remember the username and the password to login on z8games website and in the game. so what shall I do is there any solution anything or it's just a dead end ?

    The only available option is to send a support ticket -> account administration -> change email
    Provide all correct information you remember.
    No other option unless you remember the email.

    the problem is they asked for old info I don't remember most of them
    like the day I created the account if I remembered the year definitely I will not remember the day and the month,
    also they asked about the payment method and the transaction ID I don't which payment and which transaction ID they want
    just need some clarification

    Account information form is used to ask other info about your account, as why you get a temporary or a permanent ban and other stuff like that.
    BUT security information such as : login ID, account creation date, date of birth, security question + answer, those can't be recovered if you lost of forgot, those information are send to you on the registered email only once after you create the account.
