FPS dropping to 13-20

After the last patch my FPS has been dropping from 230+ to 13 and the recoil is crazy. Game is almost barely playable. Im using Windows 11.

Same Problem with my Fps drops down for 10-15sec between 20 and 30 Fps my normal Fps was 200 - 220.
Its not able to play CF normaly
