No Access to Discord Server

I was randomly removed from CF discord server and I tried to reach out to the Mods but since I have no access to the discord server I can not message them. I tried to contact them on new discord account but even then I had no access to the server. I wanted to know the reason why I was removed, since I can not remember saying anything going against the rules. I sent a support ticket and they say any issue with Discord must be brought up in the Discord itself but HOW when I have no access to the discord server at all?
