Big Game Hunter

I believe I read the requirements right for the ribbon "Big Game Hunter", "You own 5 different permanent shotguns".. in my inventory I bought the 5th shotguns 2 days ago and still haven't received the ribbon.

Can you advise if there's something wrong or I misunderstood what's needed for the ribbon? I'm a big ribbons fan ever since I started playing crossfire on 2010 lol

send a support ticket ( i presume at least one shotgun you own is not yet added to weapons counting for the ribbon).
you can try to buy another shotgun from GP store if is possible ( all old shotguns should count).

I've opened a ticket now.
I've all the GP weapons (4 of them) and the fifth is from the mileage shop
