So Slow movement HELP

welcome guys
I have a problem it
Slow movement in the game, the FPS drops to 0, and the frames are zero after the new update I can't really move in the game
Moving right takes 10 seconds
What is the solution?

Send a support ticket with your problem, attach dxdiag archive.
To create dxdiag archive :
press windows key + r ,
type dxdiag and hit enter , will open DirectX Diagnostic Tool ( wait few second untill green bar on bottom left finish to load )
click Save All Information ... browse the location where you wish to save the file -> will create a dxdiag.txt file
add dxdiag.txt on a zip archive (as right click -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder )
