The battle pass is not displayed in the game

When buying a battle pass for 50,000 GP, it did not appear in the game (there are no items), but it is displayed on the site.

Change game server or just restart game should fix-it (as you may click on mercenary image bottom left and see tasks ).
In order to get items firs complete tasks to increase mercenary level, then you can only redeem items from first row.
