Cant play Rankeds, HELP

I just got the level "Second Lieutenant 2" (370000 exp) but I don't understand why I can't play ranked mode.
is it because I have not reached the level or because my account is bugged? this is the level that the game informs to play rankeds, someone can help?

Try to level one more up might works as well your account may not bugged but maybe you enter the wrong server to play ranked.
just try EU south server next time.

You need SL rank 8 to be able to play ranked games ( only SL rank 8 have a gold color as it show you in game when try to play ranked ).
