any game in crossfire i started stops on the loading screen at 85%

i can start the game i can go to shop buy stuff and i can go in my inventory. But, when i will start for example a S&D it will stop in the loading screen at 85% permanently. I installed the game 3 times again and nothing changed. Im searching for help. a few day ago i bought a VIP weapon and i was happy but now i cant play anymore, for some reasons. i hope someone can help me. Thx

Send a support ticket about your problem, include your PC details : CPU, RAM, GPU, Storage ...windows version, other programs running ..etc.
Personally i belive is possible to have some issues on storage, but can be other causes also.

same but it tells me after it stops at 85% ''can't connect to host server'' did u find any solutions ?

Need windows 10 ( windows 11 is not yet supported and game seems to stop at 85% loading under win 11 ).
Close any other programs running ( as for example seems overwolf cause same problem under win 10 ).
