MM Server Connection Failed

Hi, whenever I want to join to the server Europe Alpha or Europe Bravo, the game gets stuck at Step 2 and then the error MM Server Connection Failed comes and the game crashes.
All other servers work without problems.
I have already reinstalled the game, i have also deleted all the game settings.
The same problem exists with a newly created account.
Even with a vpn it doesn't work.
