no access to my Email adress

Hello, can someone here help me, please?
I've created my crossfire/z8games account 9/10 years ago. at that time I entered an email address that I have no longer access to. I've submitted so many tickets for this. But i just do not know all my account information that they ask for, because this is so long ago. At that time I was 12 years old. now I am 21 years old. I just can't remember this information. i want to change my email address that i am currently using. i really hope that someone can help me here
