"Crossfire Error do you wnat to report?"

I'm facing a problem to enter the game after the update, I had never faced a problem with CF before the update , I even uninstalled the game and I installed it again yet the problem still there, can someone please help me !!! check the photo at the top it will explain the issue , black window on the top , CF music is on but nothing else to show . please help me as soon as possible, reinstalling the game is not a solution. thanks in advance.
