Could you guys please ban those hackers im done....

Hi, for like a week those 2 guys text removed and text removed have been cheating in Mass Mutation mode games.....
I have already reported both but they are still there cheating and ruining each game they join.... text removed is even on his last level as second lieuthant like what the hell????
Crossfire earns a ton of money with vips, crates and obviously doesn't spend them.
The servers are still bad (constant DC's) and your Anti Cheat System is the worst i have ever seen.
Hacks literally come out before your patch, thats just sad.
Ban those 2 Players and fix your game and no i won't send any tickets because no one responds to them anyways.
