Install Error, help please

Hy guys. I need help, when i install the game i get error always.. Programfiles(x86)\Z8Games\Crossfire\REZ3\RF.019.REZ. “An error occurred while trying to read the source file: The source file is corrupted.” ->Try again. -> Skip this file(not recommended) -> Cancel installition. Idk what is this guys.. When i skip i got error but other REZ18 etc… Can anyone help?
