What the heck is happening to servers?

I lose 60-80 points everyday to the goddamn bugged match system in ranked. Half the time the match starts with a nice 24_16 error, and half the time it doesn't even load and I am sent back to the ranked menu. Losing points for games which didn't even happen. Rejoining doesn't work, as the match is simply gone.
The forum is also screwed up, half the forum sections have a 403 error when posted, I need to login twice and half of the time my topic disappears.
Please fix ASAP.
