Client Error 24_16

Greetings,

Upon entering a match, it pops out this error Game Client Error 24_16
And Slowly everyone logs out and I can't play, I become alone in the map. Also sometimes weapon disappears at match start.

Please help

Not sure if bumping threads is allowed orjnot but i run into this error in over half of my games, tried a fresh install on a clean install of win 10 21h1 and i'm still encountering it.
