i keep losing ranked game because u guys dont know how to run a fucking game without error fucking fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if u cant then take the game offline with all ur fucking euros u get?????????????

    You probably mean infraction (like in "you got an infraction"). That means that you did something forbidden, do that more times and you will be punished. Do it many more times or something really bad and you get permanently banned.
