Network Connection Error Moving to Lobby (1033_10136)

I can't play Crossfire since yesterday, Error the said above always show when i'm trying to join in game.

under ict converge fiberx 35mbps
with fx6300 cpu and gtx1050 gpu 12gb ram

please do something about it. i try to play another game my ping is 2 and it runs smoothly ..
