Account Recovery

Hello Everyone,
I losed my Account cause of a Scamming. I got Help form Z8support cause im real Owner,and they add new Email Adress in to my Account. I have changed password and Email is the new Email, which added by Z8 Staff. 40 min later i recived an Email requested to change to the Email of Scammer. I did not confirm that Email. But he could stil change to his Email and then change Password. Now i can't recover my Account cause i must wait 90 days after Staff changed Email. He told me that i can't recover the Account cause he will change Email again and i must wait 90 days again. Did someone have the same Problem or Exp about this Problem. Please Help me. I have all Information off the Account. Thank you for your Attention!
