Absolutely. We need an AI neural network-trained windows phone, android and iOS apps with enhanced precision future ranking prediction and gyroscope-sensitive app in order to track who will level up, or climb the competitive ladder.
Great idea and smart resources distribution.

I don't understand your irony.... adding new capsules and vipki is it better for you?+ it is not strong there and will cost them dearly.

I also think that there should be such an app as it will make it easier for users to stay up-to-date from anywhere.

very often there is a forum bug that it is impossible to see new news. but in a mobile application this will not happen.
