Don't know what is causing it, but you can solve it by making the .ini file read-only (you might have to do it the hard-way "right-click file - settings - security-tab", instead of just tick read-only. It worked differently both of the times I've had the problem before.
Remember to change it back when you update or you will have problems.JackPain (Sweden) -

I do easy way deleted all z8games folder and download the game again.:)
