Why I have to wait 90 Days for my hacked account to get back to me ?
I would love to discuss about it with a GM, but in discord its illegal to talk about account with them, With Tickets support, its the same responds over and over. Why, and why I have to waii t 90 days. Is there a technical issue to a developer at Z8 to changed the email and get back my account... I don't know.. Someone can anwser me thx again y'all

because when your account gets hacked they do a recovery to change the info/email etc.. z8 only does an account recovery every 90 days, so since someone already done it on your account.. you'll have to wait 90 days.

But bro, okey they do it a 90 days recovery....But broooo cmon....It's really a long periode of time. I'm sure its just a 3 click away from getting an recover account..

It's that way, so someone can't change an account right back again when it has been changed. So there will be no ping-pong game of changing between player and hacker. 90 days is awfully long though, they should at-least let someone do it once a month.

I wish they could implement 2-factor authentication and there would be no troubles like this.
