Hacker steel Account

There’s is a hacker in Crossfire, Europe Server.
What I know right now, he steel my account ( Direct_CF ) and my friend’s account ( Cf[ Xiao ) and many more. He hack without knowing the ID and password. And also he hacking VIP account with a lot of money and time in them. I’ve already send 3 tickets about my account, to get recover.

Guys, please. Watched out if you have a big account, with a big storage he can easily get your account hacked..
