Our Storrage Is Annoying

Hello.
Please do something with new update of this game about storage.
I have alot of duplicate melle and rifle guns.
Example:40 Colosus Mini,20 M4A1 Laser,30+ Guardian Fists,etc...

I heard from a friend Crossfire 3.0 will come soon with some skills.
This friend told me we could dismantle duplicate permanent guns using jewels.
Is that true?
