Red CF logo next to player name.

Hello, iv been gone for a long time and all of a sudden there are a decent amount, mostly high ranked players with a red CF logo next to thier name, so is thier name and chat. i also saw some guy with this thing nading everyone to death in an FFA (looking super cheat like) can anyone update me about this or tell me something more about?
