Hi everyone.

So here it is... the non-official Z8 Games Tech Support Team.

We are still recruiting.
PM me if you want to take the Tech Support test.

Now, we use this thing called team viewer
and it is up to you if you want to download it or not.

Download Team Viewer here.

When you get Team Viewer please make a topic with your issue
and post the link to this topic here.

Then one of the team members will go to this topic,read it,and PM
you asking for your Team Viewer ID and Password.

NOTE: again i say this a non-official Z8 Games team
Z8 is not responsible for anything.

This team currently consists of:
1.SlowMo

4 Spots open at the moment.

EDIT: I only work with Microsoft.

There's my MSN i'm always on it unless my computer is closed.
Just add me and get on your MSN.

Requirments:

Team Viewer
Experience in solving well know issues
Speed in browsing the internet for solutions

We try to be fast.
Remember there are lots of people we should help.

Note: I am thinking of something for the team.

Whoever joins just to help people and doesn't want anything back
then i think he will stay with us for a long time.

You got a 50/60 on the test

you need to explain the solution more detailed in order they could understand it.

Now you must have Team viewer go download it.

haha i dont have any issues about your NON-OFFICIAL team i am just pointing out that your team cant do anything if the problem is at z8's end. why can your TEAM update the server at some point? answer NO :P

Sometimes the fix is not a patch.
Its the configuration, antivirus, firewall, reinstallation, and the list goes.
Its not a single patch.

lol most problems are with getting the game to run or something like that the only problems z8 can only do would be in game issues e.g. bugged guns, gp crates etc etc, but you do have a relevant point XD plus the non-official team could work with z8 by sending them problems to fix if z8 dont know about it

slowmo i might try but not at this point in time as my computer is dead atm and im stuck on a laptop that takes about 20 mins just to load the internet 222 ram is slower than 128 >.<

i'll let you know if i want to try when i get my computer back im already helping out fallen with an issue at hand aswel XD

Hey dudes. Great idea first.
Here my prob: Im ingame and then Im getting this error:

I already tried: redownloadin and reinstalling for now like 10 times.
I closed all background programms like Steam..
I havent any antivire programms.
Teamviewer will first get downloaded if think u could rly help me..
