CF gone bad or ?.

i've been playing this game since March 1st and i have seen alot of changes happen, but when i came back from my quit i had gone from 25 ping to 40, and my 100 stable fps went to 50 stable, and my pc hadn't changed a bit...is it me or is CF becoming more and more unstable?
