I want to play ranked matches, but there is no suitable rank, is there any way to quickly raise the rank without VIP?:)

you can get GP exp boots in the shop there are displayed as items that your character can wear like a hat or a ribbon

Try to grind on weekends with 200% exp/gp boost I would say, at some odd hours it's 800% but not for long and don't remember when.

ZM or HMX is pretty easy XP, when doing it in the weekend. ZM items give extra XP (some melee weapons from there too). Crater Dawn has the most I think.
If I play with a team full of noobs, that have crap weapons, I still do quick runs. So you could join a team doing that and grind during the 800% XP hours. You should get around 4000XP at least, for each run. ZM and HMX are good, because you will get nice XP, without having to do very much (even if you are the worst player in the room and just finish the game)
