When the game is restricted from a region it's generally because another CF client has a version with the licensing rights to that area. It's a legal issue. Otherwise they'd love to have everyone come and play here.

You have CF Russia If it closes or merged here, you will be able to play in CF West. But tbh I wish I could play CFRU. Cf West is garbage atm.
