Now that you have 90 ping and know what it feels like to be tanked 24/7, show some sympathy for me who has a ping of 260. Laggers are never noobs, they are disadvantaged as they see things after they happen (with the exception of Ghost Mode which they excel at). If you can't kill a lagger there is something wrong with you, as with your low ping anything below 500 ping generally registers. I can understand if they have higher though because then they do teleporting.

Low ping = faster transmission time = faster reaction time = seeing enemies where they are = no delay in firing = more lead hits home.

High ping = slower transmission time = slower reaction time = seeing enemies after they move or stop moving = delay in firing = off target shots.

As for you being tanked? That's either:

A) There is a large ping difference between you and the target, and the target's signal to the server is failing. If the total ping = anything over 700 this often happens.
Your aim is ****. Get over it.

Myfps on my laptop was unbearably low before updating my video drivers, which brought it up quite a bit , so if you havn't tried it yet maybe it will help your situation too.
